Why these items

What changes in the 6th, in one paragraph.

The consultation draft moves from three modules to five standards and adds governance, AI, digital records and coding, sustainability, antibiotic stewardship, structured quality improvement, patient participation and staff immunisation. The bigger shift is not the topics — it is that assessors are already looking for evidence across the whole three-year cycle rather than a folder built in the final quarter. Every item in this tracker is something we are implementing at our own practices now, so that the survey under the 5th edition is also a 6th edition rehearsal. Our full view is in RACGP 6th edition: what changes and our view.

Is the 6th edition published?

Not at the time of writing. The RACGP has said it will be published shortly, and accreditation bodies have flagged a transition period after release. This tracker is built from the consultation draft themes and from what assessors are already asking for; we will update it the week the final Standards are released.

Where is my progress saved?

In your own browser only (local storage). Nothing is sent anywhere unless you use the email button. Clearing your browser data clears the tracker.

Does completing this make us compliant?

No. It tells you which systems exist. The survey tests whether they run and whether staff can show them. Use it to find the gaps, then build the evidence behind each tick.
