The builder is for planning. It shows the rooms a clinic has and where they sit: reception and waiting, consult, treatment and nurse rooms, staff rooms and an accessible toilet.

It also shows fittings such as exit signs and a defibrillator (AED). Look at the whole clinic from above, open any room, or walk through it at eye height, at Standard, High-end or Overseas-sourced finishes.

The builder lays out a clinic from the rooms you pick, not from your plans. For your own building, see the walkthrough from your plans below.

1. How you are startingA new building on your own land, a fit out, or a clinic you already have. A fit out can be a shop, a shopping centre or a medical complex.
2. OutsideThe site and the area, the front, the entry, the sign, the car park and the garden. By day, at dusk and at night, at Standard, High-end or Overseas-sourced.
3. InsideGo inside to lay out the rooms: consult, treatment, procedure and nurse rooms, pathology collection, staff rooms and toilets. Drag a room onto another to swap them. Click a room to change it.
4. FinishesFloors, walls, cupboard fronts, bench tops and ceilings, and the furniture in each room, at all three levels.
5. Walk throughFrom above, room by room, or at eye height with the arrow keys. On a phone, drag to look and use the thumb pad to walk.
